1. Processing Times (Handcrafted to Order)

Every Element & Oak board is individually crafted, sanded, and finished in small batches.
This means your order is not picked from a warehouse — it is made with care.

  • In‑stock items: dispatched within 2–4 working days
  • Bespoke or personalised boards: dispatched within 7–14 working days
  • Larger custom commissions: dispatch timeframe agreed during consultation

We will notify you by email when your order has shipped.


2. UK Shipping

We currently ship across the United Kingdom.

Standard UK Delivery

  • £3.99 flat rate for small items
  • £5.99 flat rate for boards and larger items
  • Delivery time: 2–4 working days

Express UK Delivery

  • £7.99 flat rate
  • Delivery time: 1–2 working days

All orders are shipped with reputable carriers such as Royal Mail, DPD, or Evri depending on size and weight.


3. International Shipping (Not currently available).


4. Packaging & Sustainability

Your order will be shipped using:

  • Recyclable or compostable packaging
  • Minimal plastic
  • FSC‑certified protective materials wherever possible

Element & Oak’s packaging is chosen to protect your board while remaining environmentally responsible.


5. Delivery Address & Missed Deliveries

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If a delivery is missed or returned due to an incorrect address or uncollected parcel, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
Additional postage costs may apply.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with either:

  • a tracking number,
    or
  • confirmation of the delivery method used

depending on the carrier.


7. Damaged or Faulty Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with:

  • your order number
  • photographs of the packaging and the item

We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with UK consumer protection laws.

8. Lost Parcels

If your delivery has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

  1. Contact us at sales@elementandoak.co.uk
  2. We will investigate with the carrier
  3. If confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund

You will never be left out of pocket.

10. Christmas & Seasonal Ordering

During peak periods (November–December), handcrafted items may need additional production time.
We recommend ordering early to avoid disappointment.
